Santhi Ramesh brings over 20 years of marketing and innovation experience to her position as Head of Strategy & Innovation, International at The Hershey Company. In her role, Santhi leads a global team to uncover consumer needs, commercialize actionable customer-centric solutions and identify futuristic technologies and business models. Prior to joining The Hershey Company, Santhi was focused on creating consumer centric business opportunities at Colgate-Palmolive, McCain Foods and Wal-Mart. Her innovations have consistently resulted in concept success rate of 70%, incremental shelf space of 60% and reduction in cost of development by 50%. Santhi is a graduate of the MBA program at University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Passionate about teaching, she is happiest when she is lecturing in universities and gaining inspiration from the diverse ideas of students.
