Tiyale Hayes is the Senior Vice President, Strategic Insights, BET Networks. Tiyale Hayes has worked on some of the world’s biggest and best brands. A graduate of Hampton, Tiyale started his career in sales at Johnson & Johnson. After earning an MBA in from Purdue University, he spent 10 years at Procter & Gamble working on brands like Old Spice, Gillette, Pringles and Folgers. He then went back to J&J in Insights/Global Innovation working on Listerine, and Tylenol. In 2016, he left CPG and embarked on his latest chapter, media, heading up the Insights team at BET.
