Katie ClearyDirector of Consumer Insights for Soup, Sauces and Meals at Campbell Soup Company
Katie Cleary has worked in Consumer Insights at the Campbell Soup Company for 14 years. During the early years of her career, Katie led primary research for some of Campbell's biggest brands like Campbell's Condensed Soup, V8, and Pace Salsa and Picante Sauce. She was responsible for uncovering meaningful insights to drive product development and communications development for the brands. In addition, she led corporate research on Campbell's Real Food mission and transparency initiatives.
During the last five years, Katie worked on a cross-functional “intraprenuerial” team to generate, and nurture disruptive innovation products and processes for the Campbell Soup company and new business opportunities including products and new business models. Over the past year, Katie has taken responsibility for all market research for Campbell’s Soup, Broth, and Sauce brands. She continues to champion rapid innovation techniques and approaches within the organization and has led multiple Innovation Sprints within the organization.
