Carly França Director, Product Design at Fidelity Labs


Carly França is a Director of Product Design at Fidelity Labs. She works with Engineers, Product People, Content Creators, and User Researchers to create useful, products for real humans.

Carly believes that in order to make great products a team must roll up their sleeves and do the work, not because they want to be innovators, or win awards but because they believe in the humans who their product is for and want to make something great for them.

For the past 3 years, Carly has lead the design team responsible for turning a conceptual student debt product into the fully-integrated Student Debt Tool that currently serves over 60,000 registered users, together holding upwards of $1B in debt.

In addition to product design, Carly branded The Real Dill a pickle company whose pickles Blake Lively said “should be sold in dark alleys”. She’s also won awards for wine labels, and has drawn painted and pixel-ed nearly every person and object she comes in contact with. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Advertising Design from the Art Institute of San Diego.
