Meng Chee is the Digital Chief Experience Officer responsible for design thinking, rapid prototyping, innovation, service design, and agile design production for Consumer & Community Banking, Digital Wealth Management and Business & Commercial Banking. Meng’s work includes creating concepts for seamless digital and physical experiences.

Prior to joining Chase, Meng was the US-based executive leading experience innovation for Samsung Mobile in Silicon Valley. His team was responsible for Galaxy, Note, and Gear user experience innovations in addition to creating differentiating services for Samsung Health. His professional experience before that includes: Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Nokia creating mobile services for Latin America, Asia, Middle East and Africa; Chief Technology Officer for Frog Design leading innovation projects for clients like Disney and AT&T; and co-founder of a mobile software platform startup which was acquired by OpenWave.

Meng holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master’s degree in Software Systems Engineering from Boston University. He holds 11 software-related US Patents and 3 global design awards.

Meng lives in Silicon Valley and is also leading the West Coast Digital sites.
