At Johnson & Johnson's design group, Wilma leads healthcare and consumer innovation projects focused on new business model and value exchange creation. She partners across design, technology, R&D, marketing, and outside partners to identify new opportunities, prototype solutions, and bring them to market. Projects have included new brands, connected device ecosystems, digital services, and business transformation. Previously, Wilma was Head of BD and Marketing at Design.Co, founded the digital platform Rememory Stories, and worked at LumenLab, MetLife's Innovation Center in Singapore. She has an MBA from the Yale School of Management with a focus on Design and Innovation and a BA from Cornell University.
