As VP of Charles Schwab & Co.’s Enterprise Marketing Analytics, Research & Data Science Groups, Rahul is responsible for driving company-wide revenue and new user growth plus improve customer engagement. His focus is concentrated in three broader areas: (1) Marketing optimization utilizing multi-touch attribution and personalization (2) Comprehensive prospect, consumer and competitor insights and (3) Building data products using AI and Machine learning across marketing, product, sales and service.
Prior to Schwab, Rahul was at Intuit as Head of Global channel marketing analytics and optimization. He led analytics efforts to drive new user acquisition, x-sell/upsell and multi-channel user experiences across Intuit’s Small Business Group. In this role, Rahul oversaw all aspects of analytics, data science, customer experience optimization and data strategy including digital analytics, offline/online marketing spend optimization, personalization, media mix modeling, and multi-touch attribution. Before Intuit, Rahul held progressive leadership positions at eBay, PayPal and Capital One overseeing various aspects of marketing, product and customer optimization.
