Jen Casey is a Senior Research Director on our ShopperEyes team and has over 15 years of CPG experience working across the consumer-shopper spectrum. Her extensive research knowledge helps brands and retailers win the hearts and minds (and more importantly, pocketbooks) of their shoppers. She focuses on utilizing hybrid approaches (e.g., quant+qual, behavioral+attitudinal) to tell actionable insight stories.
At C+R, Jen consults with retailers and CPG manufacturers to develop strategies focused on increasing trips and building baskets, as well as driving category and item conversion. She specializes in building and evaluating retailer-tailored shopper marketing events and plans, showcasing the shopper viewpoint in category growth strategies and supporting sales and insights teams with shopper journey, empathy-building, trend and opportunity sizing information, to bring them closer to their consumers. She is also one of C+R’s experts on InfoScout, the industry’s largest consumer purchase panel, which gives C+R the ability to provide a more accurate and holistic view of the omnishopper.
