Susan is an accomplished Consumer & Shopper Insights professional with
over 25 years experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. As a senior member of GfK’s account management team, Sue leverages her extensive experience with syndicated, consumer & shopper data to identify the right solutions to meet client needs and provide actionable insights.
As a key account manager, Sue strives to be her client’s advocate within GfK and works to facilitate and build the relationship between GfK and her client. She assures that stakeholder needs are understood, that the GfK team builds appropriate and actionable research instruments and analyses, and that ultimately the GfK offering meets (ideally exceeds) client expectations.
Prior to joining GfK in 2015, Sue was with Spire, a boutique Shopper Analytics firm, and spent most of her career with IRI where she held multiple roles in both new business development and account management leading some of the company’s largest accounts and teams.
Sue received a BS in Business Administration with a Marketing Concentration from the University of Vermont.
