Andy Dybvig is the Director of Global Consumer Insights at General Mills, where he currently leads a global team focused on predictive analytics and insights. Prior to General Mills, Andy held positions at a variety of research suppliers, including Nielsen, MarketTools, and Maritz Research. He has also taught statistics and marketing research courses at St. Thomas University in Minnesota, and Tumaini University in Tanzania.
Andy earned his undergraduate degree from Luther College in Psychology, and his graduate degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
On a personal note, Andy is an avid runner and cyclist, and he tries not to drown while competing in triathlons. Andy also enjoys globetrotting for work and pleasure, and just spent four months in Asia on a short-term assignment for General Mills.
