Robert Adams is Vice President and Head of Global Human Insights at Visa, Inc. Previously a business transformation consultant at PwC, Adams joined Visa in January 2014. He has co-authored papers on the disintermediation of traditional research, and the democratization of insights. He studied marketing and consumer behavior at the University of Pennsylvania, and his experience translates into a unique ability to connect market insights and business strategy to produce results.
