Chief Qualitative Officer at Hypothesis
Jennifer’s comprehensive understanding of qualitative research comes from almost 17 years of experience working on both the client and supplier side. Over the past decade, Jennifer has written and spoken widely on the subject of ethnographic research, design-thinking and brand strategy. In her tenure, Jennifer has led strategic initiatives for Target, Coca-Cola, 3M, Starbucks and Toyota. Jennifer recently completed the d.School training at the Design Institute at Stanford. She holds a BA from University of Wisconsin in English and Women’s Studies. Jennifer is passionate about art, design and writing. She is the author of two published books based on ethnographic research with women and is currently working on a third.
