Global Consumer Insights Manager at General Mills
Laura Engstrom currently leads the Best Practices team within General Mills’ Global Consumer Insights function. Since joining General Mills in 2011, she has held a variety of roles within the function including supporting innovation, renovation and communication efforts across different businesses and leading a Global Trends team.
Prior to General Mills, Laura worked at Johnson & Johnson developing contact lenses for international markets. She holds a B.S. in Neuroscience & Behavioral Biology from Emory University (Atlanta, GA) and a Master of Marketing Research from the University of Georgia.
