Lisa Dwelly is a seasoned and energetic corporate training executive with over 20 years of experience. As the lead executive at the Support Center for Training, Lisa directs the day-to-day operations of a 17 person team focusing on opportunities to make field operations "bigger, stronger, faster." People development is a passion for Lisa. She has helped develop and implement a corporate culture at the national level with one of the best companies in the hospitality industry.
Her main areas of focus are training materials, research and development of new food and beverages, implementing new training programs to mentor employees and managers and driving legendary guest experiences. Lisa has successfully executed over 80 new store openings across the country and continues to work with stores to improve training operations.
Lisa began her career at Texas Roadhouse over 20 years ago as a server, having worked nearly every position in the restaurant and on the training team. A huge University of Florida fan, she graduated from there in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and then in 1998 with Masters' degrees in Psychology and Education. Lisa has been recognized with many local and industry awards, but her biggest prizes are her two girls Addison and Morgan.
