Shelly McArdle is the head of Consumer Insights for Wayfair, one of the world’s largest online destinations for home. Shelly is responsible for leading a team that provides a deep understanding of the customer needs and brand perceptions for Wayfair’s Brand, Marketing, and Creative teams. These insights include both quantitative and qualitative results and are differentiated globally across Wayfair’s US, Canadian, and EU brands.
Before Wayfair, Shelly provided insights to some of the largest retail and restaurant chains in the country, to the Department of Homeland Security, and to many e-commerce ventures large and small. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Management Consulting from the University of Southern California and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Research Methods and Statistics from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
