Valerie Molina started at Colgate-Palmolive in 1993. Valerie worked on the team that created the original end-2-end research approval system that has now been rolled out Globally across all Colgate-Palmolive subsidiaries.
Today, Valerie is a critical Knowledge Management resource for the INSIGHTS function in particular along with the rest of the commercial team. She is a Subject Matter Expert on User Interface and Experience and End-2-End Research best practices across the entire organization. She is a pillar in helping Driving Insights Globally, through the Colgate-Palmolive World. She drove the branding and marketing campaign including the creation of the name and logo of Colgate’s knowledge management system which is called dig.
