Profile

Rachel currently leads UX research for Best Buy customer services, including installation, technical support, in-home consultation, and more. Her focus on services puts her at the forefront of the company’s transformation from an electronics retailer into a consumer technology partner. To support this transformation, Rachel pioneered the use of customer panels at Best Buy to ensure that UX teams always have access to their users. In addition to her ecommerce work with Best Buy, Rachel has also worked in the healthcare industry as a senior researcher with UnitedHealth Group.
