Shenaika Davis is an award-winning video producer and motion graphic animator at Meta Reality Labs. She has a decade of experience producing product demos, hardware training and client testimonial videos for companies across Silicon Valley. Her work has been recognized through industry awards such as the IBM All Star Challenge and the Global ACE Awards Best In Show award. Shenaika holds a BA from Agnes Scott College.

Currently at Meta Reality Labs, Shenaika is a Content Producer on the Customer Support Operations team. Her job is to analyze support data and lead her team to produce engaging and educational videos to support Reality Labs’ growing customer base. In addition to her role, Shen is a lead of Meta’s Black@ Reality Labs (a Meta Resource Group), promoting employee growth and development, and supporting recruitment and community engagement efforts through partnerships.
