Joined McDonald’s July 2017 as part of Global Social Team as Director Global Social Listening and Measurement. In this role, she synthesized social voice of the customer across channels, markets, and feedback sources. She pioneered social insights processes, systems and text analytics capabilities, and assessed social campaign performance. More recently, Jola leads US Consumer Insights, overseeing Menu, Digital, Foundational Trends and Behavioral Science insights.
