Katherine Holman works to uphold these four values through her role leading the supply chain for the Meals and Baking Operating Unit. She partners with business leaders and stakeholders to drive value across planning, manufacturing, sourcing, and logistics. She is also leading employee engagement and talent strategy initiatives within supply chain employees across multiple General Mills plants in the United States. She helps to drive an understanding of employee needs and leads initiatives to improve the employee experience by utilizing employee engagement metrics and market research methodologies. Leveraging these deeper insights, she is collaborating with employees to co-create solutions to further address the employee needs. Katherine is driven by creating a culture of inclusivity and belonging and fostering strong people leaders and an employer brand within General Mills. She received her MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and her BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. |
