I currently own the global Voice of Customer program at Sonos. At Sonos, we are building a cohesive listening ecosystem of customer feedback that combines data from Market Research, User Research, Social Listening, Customer Experience, and Social Listening channels. We understand that telling a compelling, immersive story telling the customer's experience throughout the journey is fundamental to long-term growth and success. I am passionate about establishing governance and building processes around listening channels, tools, and resources so that insights are easily accessible and translated.
Prior to Sonos, I ran the Voice of Customer program at Twitter and developed customer insight reporting strategies at United Healthcare (UHG). I have experience managing vendors with XM tools like Qualtrics, Medallia, Alchemer, Clarabridge, Nexidia (NICE), Sprinklr, and Sprout. I also have knowledge of data integrations linking research tools to internal data warehouses and CRM tools such as Snowflake, and Salesforce.
Most recently, I was invited to speak at the Medallia Experience 2024 conference in Las Vegas where I highlighted much of my efforts noted above related to data integrations and ways of building systems to link CX and consumer insights into a central tool.
